So How Clever Are these MLM Leaders?
Do all successful MLM leaders know something that we don’t know? Are there certain insider methods that only the heavy hitters know which are not being revealed?
MLM leaders aren’t part of some kind of hidden order with crazy handshakes ; and they do not have hidden techniques. What they all know and have is something that new network promoters don’t have and that’s simply called experience.
How did they get to be Where they are Today?
Number one and this is most important, they treat their enterprises like a job -this is the way in which they earn their living. They take their enterprises gravely, it is not part time thing, and they do not look upon it as a pastime. They understand that by investing their time and cash into their business, even though they could have only invested a few hundred dollars to start, it is what they want to do, and how they at last plan to earn an enormous income. They have the entrepreneurial mind-set. That’s a major part of it. They try hard, and they never say die.
These entrepreneurs start their businesses with a plan in mind. They set out with a manifest goal and they work gradually towards that goal. Their goals are practical ; they know that setting unrealistic goals can only end in disgruntlement and failure. They’re stalwart and work really hard and do whatever is critical to achieve the success they need.
The heavy hitters in the MLM industry have taken years in some cases to build their businesses to where they are now, some of them may have failed at the start, but because they have the entrepreneurial spirit, they started over realizing that they’ll succeed. They have a positive outlook. They like long odds. They learn from their mistakes.
MLM leaders work extremely hard. Most of them say they telecommute, but regularly spend many days away from home. Most of them like to suggest that they do not work terribly hard, when actually they eat, live and breathe their businesses.
The most successful leaders in the bizz understand that sponsoring and inducting is the fundamental way to earn money, therefore they will spend eighty to ninety percent of their time sponsoring and inducting. That is the entire MLM financial model. You get paid for selling products, and there’s only a little product you can sell yourself, so by having a large team of distributors beneath you also selling stuff, you are leveraging those other folk’s time to your benefit.
Have you got what is needed to become an MLM leader? Of course I do you are saying. But think about this. Have you got the persistence to invest your time and spend perhaps 5 years building a business? Are you dedicated enough to commit your time each and every day toward promoting and moving your business forward?
So what’s your ultimate target? Have you got any goals? Have you written down a business plan? Have you thought about how you are going to promote your business and also train dozens of others who will in effect look up to you as a leader. What happens if the company you’ve chosen to work for all of a sudden goes into bankruptcy? Have you thought about what you may do then?
It seems that if there is a secret to becoming a top MLM leader, it’s knowing how to be an entrepreneur. These folk will overcome all barriers to be successful. Their main focus is always on promoting and improving their companies. On a day-to-day basis they’ll be preparing or promoting their chance to others and planning maybe a year ahead. The best MLM leaders are nervous about the successfulness of their groups too ; they understand that their down line’s success can benefit everyone anxious.
Have you got that powerful desire to succeed?
